Our generation has come farther away from “Some exercise is better than no exercise”. In today’s lifestyle, exercises should compensate to the damage caused to human body due to long hours of sitting at the work desk or with respect to repetitive movements in any sport.
We at Body edit are a team of certified exercise professionals and physios from sports , dance,fitness and yoga- Pilates background to provide just an appropriate integrated training model and help you reach your goals.

While we motivate non exercises to start some kind of enjoyable workout, we also help serious exercisers effectively reach their goals, we help people with pains to safely return to activity and help players overcome their weaknesses and succeed in their game.
Our exercises are carefully planned under the guidance of our physio. We use a variety of workouts from yoga, Pilates,animal flow, therapeutic exercises to weight training, circuit training, suspension training, kick boxing, aerobics, zumba and much more.
We help young kids incorporate fitness as a part of their lifestyle . We cater safe and effective exercises for senior citizens to improve quality of their life.
Besides weight management we also provide personal trainings for health conditions like hypertension, diabetes, PCOS, arthritis, mechanical joint pains, frozen shoulder , hernia , prenatal ,postnatal and much more.

Pilates

Animal Flow
- Often imitating the movements of animals, this form of exercise constitutes a succession of postures that flawless moves from one position to another.

- It needs no equipment and can be done anywhere.

Weight Training
