Our generation has come farther away from “Some exercise is better than no exercise”. In today’s lifestyle, exercises should compensate to the damage caused to human body due to long hours of sitting at the work desk or with respect to repetitive movements in any sport.
We at Body edit are a team of certified exercise professionals and physios from sports , dance,fitness and yoga- Pilates background to provide just an appropriate integrated training model and help you reach your goals.

While we motivate non exercises to start some kind of enjoyable workout, we also help serious exercisers effectively reach their goals, we help people with pains to safely return to activity and help players overcome their weaknesses and succeed in their game.

Our exercises are carefully planned under the guidance of our physio. We use a variety of workouts from yoga, Pilates,animal flow, therapeutic exercises to weight training, circuit training, suspension training, kick boxing, aerobics, zumba and much more.

We help young kids incorporate fitness as a part of their lifestyle . We cater safe and effective exercises for senior citizens to improve quality of their life.
Besides weight management we also provide personal trainings for health conditions like hypertension, diabetes, PCOS, arthritis, mechanical joint pains, frozen shoulder , hernia , prenatal ,postnatal and much more.

I suffered from lower back ache for more than a decade and was very sceptical about trying a gym. Past gym experiences had made me wary of pushy coaches and very narrow focus. So, when I came across a physiotherapist running gym, I was very curious. Nisha and Gokul run a really good team of coaches. I have seen them take personal interest in each student and all the coaches here are very well trained. It’s been almost eight months now since I started and I feel more stronger, recover faster, and feel great. Body Edit is the best place to learn how to work your whole body.Big cheers to Praful, Adarash, Karthik and a all the coaches for doing a fantastic job!The pic is from our Swiss ball class.

I have given 4 star rating which is highest what I could give to anybody. To keep space for improvements which should a continuous process.I found this GROUP FITNESS FORMAT more attractive than going to Gym for muscle making.For me it is ideal way for to keep my energy level at high & physic in supporting condition to balance work & personal life with happiness & enthusiasm.Team here is very energetic , and supporting.One improvement I may suggest to take classes on Saturday as well. One day off is enough.Two days weekly off I ( Saturday & Sunday) feel big gap.This format for me it's like combination of Yoga & Vyayamashala excercizes. And as I don't like instant muscle making stuffs what we see in typical GYM.Thanks to Body Edit

Best fitness studio in my locality.. Great group workouts.. They help in strengthening our body . The place is very hygiene.. The equipments are in good condition.. The trainers help and guides us.. Very friendly environment.
